ARRIVAL AT THE TUL DORMITORIES

21/02/2025

We left our beloved France to embark on a journey to the Czech Republic, where we would continue our second semester at our partner school. Our adventure began at Paris Bercy a bustling hub where we gathered with friends and fellow travelers, hearts full of excitement and just a touch of nervous anticipation.

Before setting off, we spent time planning every detail of our trip. We made sure all our documents were in order and mapped out a route that promised both stunning landscapes and unforgettable experiences. Choosing the bus was an easy decision for us; not only is it economical, but it also helps us reduce our carbon footprint, allowing us to travel with a sense of responsibility.

Our first major stop was Strasbourg, marking our exit from France. There, amid the familiar charm of our home country, we felt a bittersweet mix of emotions. Saying goodbye to the comforts of home was hard, yet the thought of what lay ahead filled us with hopeful excitement.

From Strasbourg, our journey took us across Germany a land of diverse landscapes and rich history. As we traveled, we marveled at the ever-changing scenery: lush green fields, dense forests, and quaint villages that seemed to tell their own stories. Each passing view deepened our appreciation for the beauty and cultural tapestry of Europe.

Next, we had a brief stop in Prague, the vibrant heart of the Czech Republic. Even during our short stay, the ancient streets, impressive architecture, and lively atmosphere of the city left an indelible mark on us. It was a taste of the history and charm that awaited us as we continued our journey.

Finally, we arrived in Liberec, our final destination. The moment the bus pulled to a stop, a warm and familiar face greeted us a mentor we had connected with before our departure. Their friendly smile and reassuring guidance instantly made us feel at home. They took us to our accommodation and shared useful insights about the city, easing any lingering worries and setting the tone for our new adventure.

This journey from Paris to Liberec, with stops in Strasbourg, Germany, and Prague has been much more than just a trip. It has brought us closer together as a group and opened our eyes to the beauty of European cultures. Every step of the way, we have grown a little more, cherishing each moment and eagerly anticipating the adventures that lie ahead in this exciting new chapter of our lives.
